I’m Dane, the pyrography artist behind DRWPYROART. Every piece you’ll find here is created entirely by hand, using the traditional craft of woodburning to bring each subject to life.

My work spans a wide range of themes, from detailed wildlife studies to expressive portraits and many things in between. Because every burn is done freehand, each artwork is truly one of a kind—even when inspired by the same reference. The natural grain of the wood and the methods I use mean that no two pieces are ever identical.

I also welcome commissions. Whether you have a clear idea in mind or just a spark of inspiration, I’m always happy to discuss possibilities and create something personal and meaningful for you.
